What happens after you pay, and when an order can still be changed.

Order processing

Once your payment has cleared, orders are usually fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days across New Zealand.

Changing or cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled at any point until it ships. Because most orders ship within 24 hours, contact us within 12 hours if you need to change or cancel one. Once packing and shipping have started it can no longer be cancelled, and the returns policy applies instead.

Paying

Payment is taken at checkout by card or through PayPal. Prices are in New Zealand dollars. We never store your card details.

Delivery and cost

Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more, and a flat $25.00 below that. Every order is tracked and you will get the tracking number by email once it ships.
